Menlo Park council travel expenses vary widely

An annual review of the City Council's travel expenses shows Mayor Kirsten Keith on pace as the top spender, by far, among elected Menlo Park officials since 2004.

Annnnnd the point of this story is??
Much ado about nothing if you ask me. When the grand total of expenses is far less than the $10,000 that is allocated, who cares? None of it seems to have been misused.
