Two killed in head-on collision near La Honda on Highway 84

Two people were killed and two were hospitalized Friday, Sept. 1, after a head-on collision on state Highway 84 near La Honda in southern San Mateo County, the California Highway Patrol said.

No doubt, one of the two vehicles violated the prime directive when driving two lane mountain roads -- STAY IN THE RIGHT HAND LAND AT ALL TIMES.

The report in the SJ Mercury said the driver of the BMW was an Australian. They drive on the left. Theory being he was doing what he habitually did.
