The Almanac has a policy of not naming arrested individuals. What did he steal? Did you bother to read the article? It's right there in the first paragraph, "...he was allegedly found stealing city-owned laptop computers and selling them on the internet..." What's the matter, you couldn't get any further than the headline?

Wow that individual had a good job. Now he will have a hard time finding good employment.
