Atherton City Council could limit picketing outside of homes

The Atherton City Council will vote at a Jan. 18 meeting on whether to limit targeted demonstrations in town, following last year's protests in front of a home that raised safety concerns.

is it 300 feet from the residence or 300 feet from the property line? The article said residence.... very different connotations
