Ravenswood school district inks agreement to lease out district office site for high-density development

The Ravenswood City School District is one step closer to leasing out its district office, which could potentially bring in about $1.5 million to the district annually.

If the Madison Capital deal (seven-to-eight story lab/office space) goes through, is East Palo Alto then on the hook to create more housing to offset the additional office space (per California's Housing Element requirements)?
