We impatiently wait for Thursday’s Farmers Market in Portola Valley. My husband, who is Swiss and very conscious of how much something costs, stopped asking how much His gigantic Chocolet Chip cookie cost. It is the size of a little pie and lasts all week. The breads are dense, with the aroma of a European Bakery. There are many flavors of bread allowing you to have a different bread every week. Lastly, the huge artichoke. mushroom, cheese empanada pieces served as an Hors d’oeuvre was the hit of our gathering.I am worried that now that Little Sky now has a store front, we will gain too much weight.
