Focusing on climate change is an absurd misprioritization for the mayor of Menlo Park, which has precisely zero measurable impact on the global climate.

Again, this total electrification of MP is total virtue signaling nonsense. I don't want one dime of my taxes, nor any of my taxes going toward staff spent on this ridiculousness. This is not something best handled at the local level. It's barely addressable at the national level. This is an international problem that electrifying MP will have ZERO impact on. This is NOT why this council was elected. There are much more important LOCAL issues to deal with. Stop the virtue signaling and do some REAL work.

I applaud the fact that climate action is high on the priority list.

Political will starts at the grassroots. Proud to live in a city that understands the importance of taking local action to help create momentum for climate action.

Bravo!
