What a full and wonderful life Malcolm had. I got to know him well in the late 1980s when I was covering Atherton for The Almanac. He was very generous with his time and had a deep interest in town affairs. I kept in touch over the years. He was a good friend and advocate for The Almanac and one of the kindest persons I have ever met. My condolences to Cosette and the family. He will be greatly missed.
