Yes to restricting parking on 84 by Wunderlich. With all the cars parked along the road, often over the white line, it is really hard to see the bicycles, horses and pedestrians and it makes it really dangerous. People park and open their car doors without even looking to see if anyone is coming.
I know someone who's car was hit because a car was passing bikes right before a hill and went over the middle line and side swiped him. No where to swerve out of th way, all the cars parked there.

I'm so pleased to hear that Woodside is considering a ban on gas-powered leaf blowers, and providing monetary incentives to switch to electric leaf-blowers. Such a measure would be a critical mitigation of noise pollution and carbon emissions, without increasing fire hazards.
