Did anyone else notice that most of the purchasers of the homes for sale above were Chinese or maybe Asian of another country? This is not meant to be in any way a prejudicial comment; I just wonder what might be happening. Are only Asian people wealthy enough to afford the homes for sale in this area, or is this something else? Thank you for your comments.
