Menlo Park tonight: Permit sought for mixed-use development at former Park Theatre site

The Menlo Park Planning Commission will consider tonight (Sept. 12) an application for an architectural control permit for a proposed mixed-use development at 1275 El Camino Real, the former site of the Park Theatre.

If this get's built this we will loose one of our famous weed filled empty lots. We must conserve these useless eye sores!

Please don't approve, we have had no improvements along El Camino for so long that you will ruin the face of Menlo Park. It is so "pretty" now why change it..........

Glad to see something is being built, We were starting to look like a ghost town.
