A complete list of home sales on the Midpeninsula, where Atherton recorded the highest sale at $23.05 million for a five-bedroom home in West Atherton. The home, which was built in 2007 and recently renovated, last sold in 2016 for $15.5 million. The sale tops off another strong week for high-end homes, which saw three other sales at or above the $10 million mark: Homes in Palo Alto, Woodside and Los Altos went for $10 million, $11 million and $12.5 million, respectively.

Home sales are provided by California REsource, a real estate information company that obtains the information from the County Recorder's Office. Information is recorded from deeds after the close of escrow and published within four to eight weeks.
