Home sales: New home in Los Altos is week's top seller at $6.25M

A complete list of home sales on the Midpeninsula, where Los Altos recorded the highest sale at $6.25 million for a newly built six-bedroom home in the Country Club neighborhood. Mountain View recorded the lowest sale at $635,000 for a one-bedroom condo.

Home sales are provided by California REsource, a real estate information company that obtains the information from the County Recorder's Office. Information is recorded from deeds after the close of escrow and published within four to eight weeks.
