Joe Simitian at farmers' market

State Senator Joe Simitian, D-Palo Alto, will be at the Menlo Park Farmers' Market from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Sunday, July 1, to listen to, and answer questions from, his constituents. The market is on Chestnut Street, between Santa Cruz and Menlo avenues.

The day before, Sen. Simitian will be at the Palo Alto Farmers' Market, at Hamilton Avenue and Gilman Street, from 9 to 10:30 a.m.

Sen. Simitian said these "Sidewalk Office Hours" give him and the public a chance to interact in an informal, friendly atmosphere.
