Post officer manager sentenced for theftDebra Lynn Blaylock has pleaded no contest to felony charges of identity theft and credit card fraud stemming from her tenure as post office manager of Menlo College.
Ms. Blaylock, 55, entered her plea April 5 on the condition that she would not serve time in state prison, according to the San Mateo County District Attorney's Office.
She will serve 60 days in county jail, and was placed on three years of supervised probation, according to the DA's report.
Ms. Blaylock, of Santa Clara, was arrested by Atherton police on March 21 after an investigation found she had stolen three credit cards that had been mailed to two students and a nonprofit operating on the campus.
