Today: Three cities hold gun buyback

Three Peninsula cities, including Menlo Park, will hold a gun buyback from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 23, in East Palo Alto.

Pennies on the dollar are paid to these citizens. Unwanted firearms can be sold at a gun dealier on consignment and get the fair market value. I wonder how many antique and curio firearms actually make it to the 'destryoer' department. Since no questions are asked, how will the Feds who keep a record of every legal firearm sale know it was destroyed? If gang violence wants to be curbed, enforce over crowding, put more policy on patrol instead of incident management.

Well, said, Brad. If you really are interested in getting rid of firearm, check out Calguns. There is a active wanted section on that website. Fair, market prices.
