Today: Kite Day in Menlo Park

The city of Menlo Park Community Services Department will hold its annual Kite Day on Saturday, May 4, from noon to 3 p.m., at Bedwell-Bayfront Park at Marsh Road and Bayfront Expressway.

this gives new meaning to the phrase "go fly a kite." if you apply for a "job opportunity" these days, you may be told to go ahead and fly a kite or take a hike. it's the big winners and the also-rans these days. good luck for this outdoor event
