The Council and City Manager are to be commended for holding this meeting to inform the citizens and obtain their input BEFORE beginning negotiations.

Hopefully the citizens will respond to this wonderful opportunity.

The Menlo Park meeting this evening was a superb demonstration of transparency and citizen participation. Ray Mueller made some very wise and thoughtful opening comments about the process.
