Belle Haven may yet see active police substation

Buried in discussion of Menlo Park's upcoming budget was a hint as to the fate of a long-awaited, active police substation in Belle Haven.

I'll believe it when I see it, but kudos to Vice Mayor Mueller for breaking the city's record of forgetting that we are part of Menlo Park!
