This should be a slam dunk for Bernstein. As I understnad it the time line appears to go like this: Woodell lost his cell phone on a Saturday night. Bernstein was out of town until that Monday morning. When Woodell made his charges with the DA it was after he found out that Bernstein was out of town.

How could have Bernstein stolen Woodell's phone when he was not even in town? And why did Woodell file charges with the DA's office accusing Bernstein of stealing the hone after Woodell found out he was out of town. In all likelihood Woodell will have an uphill battle trying to defend his ill advise charges with the DA's office.

Lucy you have some esplainin to do.
