Woodside shifts focus in road-repair program

Residents of Old La Honda Road have long successfully lobbied Town Hall for money to address dangerous conditions of their steep and winding road. This year's road budget approves money for Old La Honda Road, but even more money is going to projects on Jefferson Avenue, Kings Mountain, Woodside Drive and Skyline area roads.

FWIW, watch out what you wish for honorable neighbors.

Our roadway was resurfaced a few years back(Los Trancos rd) .

While smoothing the ride, it has also allowed for increased speeding x 10 on our curvy rd.

I'll take the old road surface+slower speeds of yesteryear,than the 50+mph overstressed hot-rodding neighbors of today.
