District Attorney Drops all charges in Alexia Bogdis case.
Around Town, posted by Michael G. Stogner, a resident of another community, on Mar 9, 2013 at 11:58 am

What happened?

There were 5 aides who were interviewed by police. They are the reason Alexia Bodgis was charged in the first place. Did something happen to the reports, were they given copies of their statements at the time or shortly there after. I understand they were given immunity for their testimony and they still say "That isn't what I meant."

Steve Wagstaffe has said "The aides changed their statements so much that he didn't think he could prove Bodgis was guilty beyond a reasonable doubt." Is that really what happened here, we are talking about 5 people changing their stories according to our DA.

Lets have a look at the videos of the interviews.

This is a school teacher who has had her face in all of our newspapers and TV and now is still facing civil suits from parents because of the DA's charges. The DA has immunity and no Oversight of his work.

Best of Luck to Alexia Bodgis

Sounds like some police misconduct that Wagstaffe is covering for. Nothing new.
