Ed Davis, former Portola Valley councilman and mayor, dies

A memorial service for former Portola Valley mayor Ed Davis is tentatively set for Sunday, Feb. 17, in the Community Hall at Town Center at 765 Portola Road. The exact time of day is not yet set.

Dear Lynn,
My heart goes out to you and your family at the passing of Ed. It was a real honor to know him through Newcomers and eventually the Encore group. You both were a wonderful team. He will be sorely missed. Godspeed to Heaven.
