Atherton: Contractor charged with six felonies

A building contractor is due in court on Dec. 20 to enter a plea on felony grand theft and other charges stemming from work he did for an Atherton resident.

Is a mug shot of the perp available? Has his contractors license been suspended while the charges are pending?

Despite what this article claims, a "deal gone bad" would be handled in civil court, not criminal court.
