Sequoia Healthcare District listed as "Foundation donor" in Mission Hospice and Home Care 2011 annual report

Why does Mission Hospice and Home Care list the Sequoia Healthcare District as a $30,000 "Foundation Donor in it's 2011 annual report?Web Link Don't they know that the District is a government agency, supported by property tax dollars?

This very respectable organization, with tremendous community support, should reject such donations from the pseudo-philanthropic Sequoia Healthcare District.
