I live near off El Camino Near Isabella and travel that route daily. I have been surprised by pedestrians crossing the street many times. Pedestrians most often do not use the cross walk or wait for traffic to stop to allow a safe crossing. They seem to think dashing out across a 3 lane highway is safe. Please pedestrians, until this issue is addressed use extreme caution when crossing El Camino, wait for traffic to stop. And motorists if you see a pedestrian waiting to cross stop and use your hazards to signal other motorists. It is extremely disturbing to see pedestrians risk their life to walk across El Camino.
