FPPC is investigating Faro & Shefren of Sequoia Healthcare District

You might recall that they are 2 of the 5 directors that told the 2000-01 Grand Jury to Shove It, when it was recommended to dissolve the Special District and stop collecting the taxes from the property owners.

For those of you that don't know the only requirement regarding a Grand Jury recommendation is that you respond in writing within 30 days which they did.

"We decline to do so at this time."

That's all it took, and that is why the District is here today. 5 people vs. 19

Now it seems a conflict of interest is being investigated.

This November Election 2012

Sequoia Healthcare District vote for only ONE….Jack Hickey if you support the Grand Jury. It will say vote for 2 but only vote for 1.
