Menlo Park shooting victim, 19, identified

A 19-year-old man who was shot and killed in Menlo Park early Saturday morning has been identified by the San Mateo County coroner's office as Jesus Becerra Molina.

Summer is here, people are roaming the street at night, tempers run hot. Last summer we had a shockingly high murder rate on the east sides of Menlo Park and Palo Alto. Are the police forces working together? Is there a plan for more frequent and visible block-by-block patrols? It's only a matter of time before it moves from a gang dispute into an accidental bystander tragedy. Let's acknowledge the problem and address it with proven policing strategies.

There are no gangs here "WHERES THE PLAN". I know that because i live here, and if there are it's a bunch of kids trying to put on a front. Don't dis my side of Menlo bro. We OUt here
