Should Atherton's Holbrook-Palmer Park be re-opened to weddings and other special events beginning later this year?

No brainer! Atherton's financially under water, and Hol/Palmer Park is a great wedding spot! But I don't get how Gross can be $81K and net can only be $12K. If I was running the project the net would be about 70% of gross. That is WAY too little to net... something is fishy.

Also we could have many other sources of revenue if citizens would get into the 21st century. Annex a few businesses on El Camino for sales tax revenue, etc. Been brought up dozens of times. Council is stuck in the 19th Century. Sigh.......
