Hank:

We agree, for I too am happy that other countries recognize our President for what he is:

A classic case of American Exceptionalism.

A young lad of mixed parentage, raised in one of our smallest states, by a single mother and grandparents, at times served by the American social safety net. Still, if one seeks an example of "pulling oneself up by bootstraps," Barack Obama provides a miraculous example.

A youngster who worked hard, went through public schools and excelled beyond wildest expectations becoming a constitutional scholar, even head of the Harvard Law Review.

Becoming President of the United States of America in an historic election. Not by a squeaker, either, but in a rout over a genuine American hero elected as the best candidate by the opposition.

Truly an example of American Exceptionalism.

Like you, I am proud of what America has offered the young man, proud that he worked so hard to achieve and excel. Proud that his qualities were recognized by a clear majority of American voters.

Proud that other countries see the best America has to offer and honor it.

Hank: thanks for sharing.

Cheers!

;-)

Editor - above is violation of terms of use, copyright infringement, etc.. Copy and pasted the article. Stole it from John h*A*yward without attribution.

No opinion from the poster.

Would like to ask the poster a question, along with Hank:

What President signed the largest middle class tax cut in American history?

Your favorite "socialist"!!!

aLook it up, then look up how many GOP votes it got.

From the Moonies newspaper - Rev Moon's Washington times.

Strange bedfellows.

Odd that.
