Might be helpful if the genius that writes include at LEAST the town involved. Perhaps some of us would be able to snitch the perp if we UNDERSTOOD where the crime occurred.

DUH~!

[Editor's note: The first two paragraphs of the story say: Authorities are looking for a suspect in the robbery of Chase Bank in Ladera on Monday morning, April 4. About $5,000 was taken in the robbery, which occurred at about 9:15 a.m. in the County Shopper mall at 3130 Alpine Road, authorities said.]

OK, great.

BUT what city? I suspect Palo Alto. Hate to assume, though. I barely know the name of the street I'm on, much less anything about block numbers, but generally know the CITY.

Scout:

can't you read? The bank is in LADERA. If you don't know where that is take a drive up Alpine road and after you pass 280 and cross over San Fransiquito Creek, take a look to your right - that's LADERA. Talk about "genius."
