The California High-Speed Rail Authority has failed to honor its earlier promises and is quickly losing the public's and the Legislation's trust, members of a state Senate subcommittee said Thursday during a contentious hearing on the rail project.

That's great. Let's start building even though we don't know where the money will come from. Brilliant!

That's 91% of the bills folks. If I had that many errors in my billings I would quickly be out of business. And remember, the rail authority hasn'r even put a shovel in the ground.

That video is totally rigged. The noise was turned up to make it sound worse than it really is. At 1:42 in the BOGUS video, it shows a Chinese train wizzing by. Here is the actual video: Web Link

I wonder if the poster/maker of the video got permission to use all the films in his creation. Otherwise, it's illegal.
