Stuffed Animal Pet Show and photo exhibit at the Atherton Library
Atherton, posted by DeAnn Okamura, a resident of the Atherton: Lloyden Park neighborhood, on Apr 2, 2007 at 4:42 pm

The Atherton Library will host a Stuffed Animal Pet Show for National Pet Week in May. The show will take place Monday, May 7th at 4:00 PM. Children ages 3 and up can register in advance beginning now, through May 3. They can each bring their favorite stuffed animal, and be ready to join the fun! Prize ribbons will be awarded. Registration is required. Admission is free. Sponsored by the Friends of the Atherton Library.

In addition to the pet show, there will be a photo exhibit on display at the library of real pets “reading.” Photos for this exhibit will be accepted until May 6th. Photos can be turned in or mailed to the library. They may also be emailed to atherton@smcl.org. Please write “pet photo exhibit” in the subject line. Contact the library for more information.

The library is located at 2 Dinkelspiel Station Lane in Atherton. Visit our website at www.smcl.org for information on this and other programs. Or call the library at 650-328-2422 x.225
