Menlo Park, posted by Editor, The Almanac Online, on Jul 8, 2010 at 4:47 pm

Boxes of tissues were in big demand in Judge Craig Parsons' courtroom on Wednesday, Oct. 24, at the gut-wrenching pre-sentencing hearing of confessed murderer Joseph Morrow.

I am delighted that Joseph Morrow is in prison. He deserves this verdict. I am disappointed that I wasn't called on to testify against Joe on character. I was and am one of Donna very best friends. We had our children together at the same time and spent many hours together. I remember when I first meant Donna in 1979 and at that time, she told me that she was unhappy, but was afraid to leave Joe because he had threatened to kill. I miss Donna with all my heart and will always wish she was still here, my dearest friend.

Rot in hell Joseph. Lisa and kids, I am soo very sorry for you and if you need to talk some time, I am here. Michael I am sure misses Joe (the son)

I knew Joe from High School through Junior College. He actually worked with me as a personal trainer for a short time in Palo Alto. One day he showed up at my apartment and offered to sell me stolen stereos. He told me that he and another friend of his had broken into a box car (train car) and cleaned it out. That was the last day I was in contact with him. I knew, at that point, he was bad news. He has a very bad temper hiding underneath a very personable exterior. Never cross the guy.
