to the new owner:

the *new* pumps click off when i try to fill up my yukon there. it simply wont fill up my truck. i don't have the same problem at shell in ladera.

i used to fill up 3-4 times a month there and spent about $75 per visit. i was told by the attendant that it's the same problem for tahoe's and suburban's, so i'm guessing all the other full size gmc and chevy trucks out there have the same issue. as unpopular as driving one of these vehicles may be, they're necessary for some and prevalent in the area.

multiply my lost $300 per month by the estimated number of these vehicles that can't fill up there anymore and you get a pretty good size depletion of business since the new (or highly modified) pumps were installed.

hope u read this - good luck

I used Ron Ramies for our two German cars and one Ford diesel truck repairs and loved the service and the quality of the work. It happens that we had to take one car in for repair just after the change of hands. I knew something was different because Ron was not there, and Dieter took the call. The repair went off without a hitch, Dieter took the time to explain it (and to tell us the good news that it was a minor thing) and it was ready in record time. Annie is still in the office (a gem for sure) and it seems Ron has left his legacy in the best possible hands.
