Hillview playing field opens

Soccer balls will soon be flying on the new playing field at Hillview Middle School, which has been closed since summer for reconstruction after its initial opening in March.

Anyone have an answer regarding the slope of the field toward the middle still? the goals on each end of the field are higher than midfield... Did surveyors cost too much?

Drainage? Grass fields had a crown in the middle, to drain off. Now they drain "in"?

MA doesn't.
