If you are looking for a fun activity for your child..one that promotes being active, instills confidence, and many other positive attributes..I highly suggest you look into classes at Dance Expressions. I am the mom of a loyal Dance Expressions dancer and I have been nothing but impressed by the hard work of the teachers and the love of dance they pass on to their students. The studio is located inside of the Arrillaga Family Recreation Center. It really is a community gem. They offer classes for kids as young as 3 years old and have students all the way through to young adult. For the students want to be more involved, they offer a performing company. These dancers are exposed to multiple dance events and performances throughout the year really helping to boost their self confidence and overall dance skills. My daughter has been a part of the company for 3 years now and LOVES it! The new session starts on January 7 and enrollment is open.
