Menlo Park: Wrong-way driver pleads not guilty

It was a fine Wednesday afternoon in Menlo Park as 26-year-old Efrain Avalos Moreno-Avalos drove along Marsh Road. Trouble was, he was reportedly driving on the wrong side of the street.

Let's see. BA at .21%, wrong side of the roadway, 10 year old broher in he car, and not a clue how the car go where it is. I would think he would be in jail and should be charged with child endangerment as well. But the, not guilty always starts off a criminal case. Hope he get some help.
