Sequoia Healthcare District puts Report to Community on its website

Of particular note in the pie chart on page 4 is:

1. the claim that $1,000,000 of the Nursing Education is returned to the community.

2. only $600,000 shown for grant to Sequoia Hospital Foundation

3. The full amount of Heartsafe and Schools expenditures of $3,100,000, including payroll, employee training, are claimed to be returned to the community.

Note also that this years report included the names of individual schools benefitting from District Grants. The 2011 report only mentioned the school districts. Compare the font size used for school names to the font size used for the financial pie chart. Do you get the idea that this was a campaign piece intended to influence the outcome of the election, and NOT an informational Report to the Community?
