Man held for deportation after allegedly ramming Menlo Park police vehicle

A man who fled after crashing a stolen car into a Menlo Park police vehicle and hid inside a garage before he was arrested Wednesday is being held in county jail as an undocumented immigrant pending deportation, a San Mateo County sheriff's spokeswoman said.

Any undocumented person that commits a crime in this country should automatically be sent back to their own country. If jailed they should be returned to their country upon release not to the general public in California.
