SEIU continues to flush tens of thousands of dollars down the toilet by sending out glossy postcards promoting Masur, even though she has no chance of winning. The reason is quite simple, the labor council wants to send a message to future candidates, that they will never back down, even against the worst odds, if a candidate is willing to be a mouth piece for them.
