Derry Referendum settlement agreement to be announced

Original post made by Morris Brown on Jun 5, 2007

At tonight's (Tuesday June 5th), City council meeting, a proposed settlement to the Derry project referendum will be announced. If this agreement is approved by the City though open public process, after public hearings before the Planning Commission and City Council, an Amended Derry project will be able to go forward.
