Artist Leah Lubin's Work Returns To The San Mateo County History Museum

The San Mateo County History Museum has invited back two art pieces by Leah Lubin. On exhibit are the portrait of musician Jerry Garcia, titled "Jerry Forever Young", and a photo collage of Ken Kesey and the Merry Pranksters return to La Honda in 1999, titled "Ken Kesey and the Merry Pranksters Come To La Honda". The two works were first exhibited at the Museum in 2004, and then at the Menlo Park Library from 2005 through October 2006.

San Mateo County History Museum curator Everett Thomas invited the art work back for a five month exhibit, and they were featured at the Open House on Sunday October 15. The pieces of the two much loved former San Mateo County residents fit in well with the museum's Open House theme of "Yesterday, today, and tomorrow".
