Art in Action Opens 2006-7 Library Shows

Art in Action opens a 6-month long art show series featuring artwork from local students grades K-8.Students create their own masterpieces based on their growing understanding of the world of art.

Exhibits change monthly and different grade levels are highlighted each month. The artwork will be displayed from October through May at local public libraries including the Foster City, Millbrae, San Carlos, San Mateo, Redwood City, Menlo Park, San Bruno, and Burlingame libraries.

Art in Action provides a Visual Arts school curriculum and summer ART camps. We currently serve San Mateo, San Francisco, Alamdea and Santa Clara counties. For more information, contact Art in Action at (650) 566-8339 or www.artinaction.org.
