Almanac publisher commended

Tom Gibboney, who retired June 27 as editor and publisher of the Almanac, was commended by the Menlo Park City Council on July 15 for his 21 years of service in that position.

Mr. Gibboney received a proclamation from Mayor Ray Mueller and was congratulated by council members Peter Ohtaki, Rich Cline, Kirsten Keith and Vice Mayor Cat Carlton.

this is a pretty good publication. it lets you know about events and people who are around the Menlo park area. keep up the good work. local readers may enjoy reading this
