Atherton: 49ers head coach Jim Harbaugh to speak at fundraiser

Jim Harbaugh, the San Francisco 49ers head coach, will speak Tuesday, July 15, at an Atherton fundraiser for the charitable organization, California Against Slavery (CAS) Research and Education, which works to combat human trafficking in California.

He will speak on the importance of fathers and father-figures. According to the organization's website, 90 percent of homeless and runaway children are from fatherless homes.

The event takes place at 6 p.m. Go to www.casre.org/fatherhoodevent to register. Tickets are $250. An address will be provided after attendance is confirmed.
