Get a photo of your pet with Santa

Santa Claus is visiting the Peninsula Humane Society & SPCA's new adoption center in Burlingame on three dates in December, giving residents an opportunity to have their pets pose for a holiday photo.

Santa stops are on Wednesday, Dec. 4, from 3 to 7 p.m.; Saturday, Dec. 7, from noon to 4 p.m.; and Saturday, Dec. 14, also from noon to 4 p.m.

Santa will be situated just inside PHS/SPCA's Center for Compassion main entrance at 1450 Rollins Road in Burlingame. Parking is available on Rollins Road or in PHS/SPCA's parking lot on Edwards Court.

Visitors must bring their own camera and will be responsible for taking their pet's photo. If they want to join their pet on Santa's lap, our volunteers can assist.

The $10 flat fee per "sitting" benefits PHS/SPCA homeless animals. All pets are welcome. In years past, Santa has posed with cats, goats, even a snake. Multiple pets may pose in one photo as long as their owner can control them.

Dogs must arrive and remain on a leash. Owners should bring cats in carriers.

No reservations required. For questions, call 650/685-8510.
