The two incumbents running for re-election to the Woodside Elementary School District board and newcomer Claire Pollioni have won the race for three seats.
The fourth candidate was Robert Hooper.
With all seven precincts counted as well as mail-in ballots received by the county by election day, the Elections Office reports the following results: current board president Wendy Warren Roth and member Marc Tarpenning, with 364 votes each (27.9 percent); Ms. Pollioni, 349 votes (26.7 percent); and Mr. Hooper, 229 votes (17.5 percent).
The district serves about 450 students from preschool through eighth grade.
In the next few months, the board will decide on whether it will place a bond measure on the ballot next spring to partially fund modernization, maintenance and construction projects on the WES campus. The project is estimated to cost $16 million, but volunteers are working to raise a significant portion of that money through private donations.
