Happy birthday to The Food Party! and to all of my fellow Almanac / Weekly / Voice bloggers. When the adventure began a year ago, I never thought anyone would even read us.

And please keep coming now thru November 27, when every comment gets entered into the hat for a ticket to The Fancy Food Show, Jan 11 ? 13th, at Moscone in San Francisco. The winner comes to the city for a culinary extravaganza on whatever days, and for as long as, they want. Eat your way thru all the new foods and trends, then report back on what we should be on the taste for in 2015. Winner announced November 27.
